Know Why Your Business is Failing? I Do...

This info can honestly mean the difference between an e-business that's a shining success, or a miserable failure. Will you take this material, study it, and USE IT ... or become a statistic, by letting it slip through your fingers?

The critical concept is one I call "progressive promotion." If you're not using this simple formula, you're already headed for disaster. Pick your business up now and start using progressive promotion in your every day routine.

You'll begin to see results immediately!


Step #1: CHECK YOUR PROGRESS

What advertising methods have you been using to date? Have you been tracking your results, or just kind of letting things go on their own?

Check the progress of your ads first thing, as soon as you log on every day. Once a week, at bare minimum.

The first and most important step in checking and keeping up with your progress is to track your ads. In order to track all of your online promotions as effectively as possible, you'll need each of the following three tools:

Those are the ones I use and LOVE, but even if you don't choose those specific brands, you'll need those three TYPES of trackers.

 Also, you should know that full-featured ad trackers offer you the ability to split test your ads. For instance, ProAnalyzer offers this. I still recommended SplitHit because it offers more features SPECIFIC to split testing than more general ad trackers would.


Step #2: MAKE MORE PROGRESS

After you've determined your best ads and most responsive ad sources, this step is a breeze.

All you need to do is to continue advertising in the places that have proven to generate the best results for you, and to continue using the ads that pull in the highest response.

But don't stop there.

Every so often, you should create NEW and ORIGINAL methods of promoting your business, ezine, or website.

Ad responses and sales results are bound to decrease at some point. Be ready with an immediate plan of action to avoid too much income during dry spells.


Step #3: PLAN YOUR PROGRESS

When you're finished working for the day, turn OFF your computer (was that a dirty word?), and plan for tomorrow.

Turning off the computer gives your mind a break, actually helps in generating new ideas, and allows you to solidify the tasks you want to accomplish tomorrow.

Tons of time is wasted by "wingin' it," "shooting from the hip," or however you prefer to say it. It all boils down to a loss of productivity due to the lack of a *real, structured PLAN*.

Sure, you CAN lie in bed at night trying to make mental notes of dozens of "little things" you want to get done tomorrow, but a REAL plan is one you actually remember and put on paper, to gauge your progress and avoid too much time-wasting.

Step #4: FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS

All this means is to keep repeating the 3-step process above. After you create your plan of action for tomorrow ... *follow it*. ;-)

As soon as you log on and check your progress, start making MORE progress by following your plan of action to the letter. Not only will this get you into more of a routine, you'll feel more organized and have a stronger sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.


This all may seem difficult and intimidating at first, but what do I always say about those kinds of things? Don't talk about it, BE about it.

Get up off your duff and make things happen.

If you follow the 4-step plan above consistently, you'll have nowhere to go BUT up. I promise.
